The subject of the image is (Physalia physalis), a type of jellyfish that lives in the Atlantic Ocean and contains a powerful poison in its kind. Also this type of jellyfish can’t be found everywhere and so less people know about this dangerous animal can arrive to do with his poison.
The photographer have to know what he want to say with the picture because it’s important to transmit something and let us see why he do it this way. To make this picture the photographer use a technique for the difficulty lay in either stabilizing the tripod to the desired height.
